- Go to https://spotlio.zendesk.com/hc/en-us.
- Toggle to the language of your choice (at the bottom right of your screen).
- Click on “Sign in” at the top right.
- If it’s your first time using the portal, please click on “Sign up” (at the bottom left). If not, enter your email address, your password, and click on “Sign in”.
- If you have clicked on “Sign up” and are creating a new account, enter your full name and your email address. You will receive a link by email to set a password.
- Once logged in, click on “Submit a request”.
- Enter the necessary fields.
- Click on “Submit” - your request will be sent to our team right away.
- Once your request is submitted, you can go to “Requests”.
- You can track all of your submitted requests by status (Open, Awaiting your reply, Solved). You can click on the subject line to see your request details.
- By clicking on your name (at the top right), you can access your profile, see your submitted requests, view your comments on Help Center articles (Activities), or change your password.
- At any time, you can click on the Spotlio logo (at the top left) to go back to the home page.
